Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Mumuso ensures that every product you order matches the quality standards we vouch to keep up with. Once an order is placed, the requested products are carefully inspected, packed, and handed over to our trusted delivery partner, who will bring your package to you at the earliest.
A minimum of 2 delivery attempts will be made for every order. We request that you provide a contact number where incoming calls can be received, to help our delivery partner reach you smoothly. We also share a tracking link via WhatsApp so you can stay updated on your parcel's status in real time.
HOW SHALL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?
All outgoing products are packaged with utmost care under guided supervision. Items are placed in boxes, further covered with a protective plastic layer, and wrapped in bubble wrap. Fragile items receive additional bubble wrap for extra protection during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy — an unedited unboxing video is required to process any damage or defect claim.
WHAT ARE THE LOCATIONS THAT WE SHIP TO?
MUMUSO ships across India! At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If your delivery location falls under a remote or restricted pin code that our courier partners are unable to service, you will be notified at the time of order confirmation.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes, Mumuso offers Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Please note that COD is not available for orders above ₹1,999, such orders can only be placed via prepaid payment methods.
WILL I BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE?
Yes, a shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on all orders. Additionally, if you request speedy/expedited delivery, or request a product be delivered from a specific store, Mumuso may charge an additional fee for such special requests.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will be notified via email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. The notification will carry your tracking number and the name of the courier partner processing your order. Tracking status will go live once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sale periods, dispatch may be slightly delayed due to a surge in order volume.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 2–7 days depending on the proximity and accessibility of your location. On average, please allow 5–10 days from order placement to delivery, accounting for possible contingencies.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS UNREACHABLE?
If our delivery partner is unable to reach your address, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue and arrange redelivery. A minimum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.
If the order has been attempted multiple times and the parcel remains undelivered or unpicked, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, Mumuso reserves the right to process a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges.
