WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Mumuso ensures that every product you order for matches the quality standards we vouch to keep up with. After every order is initiated from the customer’s end, we ensure that the products requested for are carefully inspected and packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners shall bring your package to you at the earliest. In any event, wherein your address is unreachable, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
HOW SHALL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?
Each of our products that go out, is packaged with utmost care under guided supervision. We package our products in boxes, which are further covered with a plastic layer. Each of the products is covered by a film of bubble wrap. In case of any fragile items, they are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. The email shall carry details of the tracking number and the courier company that will be processing your order. The status of your package will go live once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If you have ordered our products during any sale, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to a surge in the volume of products to be delivered.
The estimated delivery time for various shipments may range from 2-7 days, depending on the proximity and accessibility of the destination. We generally communicate an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days taking various contingencies in consideration.
