Q: How do I place an order online?
A: Simply browse our website, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across various states in India. We do not send international shipments, as we are the Indian counterpart of the Global lifestyle chain.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries also get affected due to various natural and artificial calamities, political unrest, and other logistic contingencies.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Shipping fees vary based on your order total. Free shipping may apply to and above orders of Rs. 999. A separate charge of Rs. 49 will be levied on Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment.
Q: Is COD mode option available on all website purchases?
A:The COD option is available for all the products across the website and can be availed on any amount. However, COD cannot be availed for order values above Rs. 2000. Also, the company has full discretion to not accept COD orders, in case a customer has a track record of refusal or rejection of deliveries.
